How to get hold of us!
One of the questions we get asked at least ten times a week is ‘where can I find your phone number?’ and it’s a fair question! Most florists operate a phone ordering system (as do cafes for that matter) so the question is, why don’t Little Perth?!
Well the truth is, it just doesn’t work for our business model! We have two very busy stores that are split between the floral / hospitality sides, and a large delivery route which is automated via our online ordering system. We found when we ran a phone line that things got 10x more complex, and our staff were forever answering calls during busy shifts and directing people back to the website. Our floral menu is really simple (one design each week in 3 sizes), can be ordered for collection or delivery via the website, and we don’t offer bespoke arrangements.
We want to make things as simple for you as possible though, so here’s some ways to get in touch…
Email us. We monitor our emails constantly between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and will always try and get right back to your enquiries. When things are busy we sometimes take up to 24 hours, so if your request is urgent, pop that in the subject header!
DM us on Instagram. Absolutely the quickest way to get a reply!
